Ms. Carlson is deeply committed to cultivating a culture of growth, both within her organization and among the leaders she serves. She brings more than 15 years of experience in organizational development and leadership, supported by a strong academic foundation. She earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in religious studies and English, cum laude, from Rollins College, followed by a Master of Science in organizational development and leadership, summa cum laude, from Saint Joseph’s University.

Her dedication to continuous learning is reflected in numerous professional certifications, including certified change manager, certified therapeutic art life coach, and master trainer designation through the Association of Talent Development. She is also an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Association for Adult and Continuing Education, the International Association of Women, and the Association of Talent Development at both the local and international levels. Earlier in her career, she expanded her global perspective by teaching English to children and business professionals while living in China.

Ms. Carlson is also a best selling author. Her Ignite Your Legacy Series, released in 2023, serves as an interactive guide for current and aspiring leaders seeking to build strong, collaborative cultures in times of organizational complexity. Her thought leadership and impact have earned widespread recognition, including Outstanding Leadership honors, Learning and Development Mentor of the Year, Excellence in Education awards, and multiple distinctions recognizing her firm as an industry leader. In 2023, she also received an Honorary PhD in psychology.
