Through her position with Huntsinger Bakken Institute, Barbara is able to share her experience and wisdom with other entrepreneurial women who want to be highly successful in their own niche market, and who have may also have a desire to take a leadership role within their communities or in the world. She also specializes in generating wealth and providing transformational leadership as well as Founding, Growing, and Managing Businesses.

In the last 20 years, Barbara has worked as a business executive, consultant, and coach while raising a family of three children. She fully knows the challenges that women face in balancing the demands of being an entrepreneur, business executive, and mother. Barbara has successfully worked as a home-based expert consult, as well as, co-founding a high-tech startup and growing it into an international small business enterprise with offices in three countries.

Away from the office, Barbara is a dedicated volunteer and serves on multiple volunteer committees that are focused on improving the quality of education, literacy, and spiritual life in her local community. She is dedicated to building strong communities and advocating for the health, education, and welfare of children. She firmly believes that children are the hope for the future.

Barbara earned her B.S. in Sociology from Humboldt State University, and also holds her M.S. in Industrial Labor Relations from the University of Oregon as well a certificate in Project Management.
