Barbara’s areas of concentration include estate planning, business succession

nonprofit and private foundations. She
is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association,
New Jersey State Bar and Camden Bar Association. In addition to being an active member,
Barbara lectures for many of these organizations. Barbara believes the practice of law is about
helping her clients plan for their future, protect their assets, and achieve
tax savings toward the ultimate goal of creating a peace of mind and the
client’s legacy. Barbara states her key to success is finding an area of law
that allows her to engage with people at a fundamental and personal level. Her advice to those entering the legal
industry is to “find an area of law that gets you excited to wake up and tackle
what the day has to offer.”
Charitably, Barbara maintains affiliation with the Union League of
Philadelphia, Ronald McDonald House, Alzheimer’s Association and the
Ninty-Nines, Inc., International Organization of Women Pilots. In her free
time, she enjoys flying, skiing and travel.
Heavily educated in her areas of expertise, Barbara graduated from the Temple
University Beasley School of Law with her JD, LLM in Tax and an Estate and
Trust Certificate. In addition, she
holds an MS in Human Resources from Towson University, a Master of Education
from Arizona State University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology and
Sociology from Northern Arizona University.
