Brian A. Cobb is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional of the Year in the field of Design. Brian is a Managing Principal and Chief Operations Officer with Innospace, Inc.
Brian has over 25 Years of CADD experience and management and over 20 Years of 2020 CAP Studio experience as well as 2D and 3D AutoCAD. In his current role, Brian is responsible for day to day operations, setting internal standards, production procedures, space planning projects, computer aided design, three dimensional modeling, facilities management, and training. In addition, Brian consistently uses his knowledge of systems furniture to establish a set of checks and balances incorporated in all projects that the firm is involved in.
Furthermore, Brian has managed or worked on products for The Department of Veterans Affairs, PEPCO, The Naval Intelligence Agency, The Special Olympics, The Nuclear Regulatory Commission, MadenTech Consulting, Inc., Sacred Heart Hospital in Cumberland, Maryland, The International Revenue Service, Friedman Billings and Ramsey, NASA, The Department of Health and Human Services, The FBI, The Military Sealift Command, The United States Coast Guard, The United States Department of Agriculture, The United States Secret Service, The United States Air Force, and The Pentagon.
Prior to his role with InnoSpace, Brian worked for Ralph M. Parsons Company in Washington, D.C., WBDC Group in Grand Rapids, MI, and Gove Associates in Kalamazoo, MI. With the WBDC Group, Brian was included in a unique teaming project between WBDC and Steelcase to design Steelcase’s Corporate Development Center. He was responsible for creating the first CAD symbols of Context furniture and played a large role in the entire space planning process for this project.
Brian earned his Associates Degree in Applied Science in Drafting and Business from Kalamazoo Valley Community College. He also studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Hardware Design at Michigan Technological University.
