Brian P. Fenske is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Law Professionals. Brian is a Partner with Fulbright and Jaworski, LLP.

Brian has a broad-based corporate and securities practice including extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and other public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, and venture capital financings. His practice also includes the representation of public companies on a broad range of issues pertaining to federal and state securities laws and corporate governance, as well as the representation of public and private companies in connection with the negotiation and structuring of joint venture, strategic partnering, licensing, and other general business agreements In addition, his practice is also responsible for clients in a broad range of industries including, energy, alterative energy, software, technology, healthcare and others.

He holds a vast expertise in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Energy, Wind Energy, Alternative Energy, Technology and Emerging Companies, as well as Information Technology.

Furthermore, Brian has been involved in over 200 Mergers and Acquisitions transactions totaling over $20 billion in proceeds.  He has also been involved in more than 50 public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, including IPOs, representing companies, investment bankers, and venture capitalists.

Brian has received many Professional Honors for his dedication to the Law Profession. Such Honors include his title as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” in the concentration of Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities and Corporate Law for three consecutive years (2007, 2008, and 2009).
