the medical field, Charles R. Noplis II is revered for his remarkable
contributions to his profession having served in his current capacity since
April 2017, throughout his career, Dr. Noplis has attained extensive experience
in the areas of Addiction, Dual Diagnosis, Adult ADHD, and overall Behavioral
Health.
To further enhance his professional development, Dr. Noplis is an elite member
of several prominent organizations including the American Society of Addiction
Medicine, the American Psychiatric Association, and GLMS.
An illustrious scholar published in the Courier Journal, throughout the course
of his education and training, Dr. Noplis career in medicine began in 2008 when
he graduated with his Medical Degree from the University of Louisville-School
of Medicine. Thereafter, Dr. Noplis completed his postgraduate training with
the University Of Louisville Department Of Psychiatry in 2012.
In recognition of his professional accolades, Dr. Noplis was named 2018 Top
Doctor in Kentucky by both patients and peers.
When he is not working, Dr. Noplis enjoys playing golf, spending time with his
wife, son, and family, working out, and studying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Dr. Noplis dedicates this recognition to his father, Charles Noplis I and his
mother, Linda Castleman for giving him the opportunity to do more. Dr. Noplis
also dedicates this recognition to his late grandparents for all their love and
