Dr. Cordelle A. Luces, DHA, MSN, APRN, FNP, AGACNP, is a highly respected medical professional committed to advancing patient care and healthcare education. Serving in both emergency and critical care settings, Dr. Luces treats pediatric and adult patients with precision and compassion. He is recognized for his expertise in quality improvement and sepsis reduction, areas in which he has led orientation and training sessions to strengthen emergency room protocols and patient outcomes.

Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Luces is passionate about education and mentorship. He rounds with nursing students, providing hands-on instruction that prepares the next generation of healthcare professionals. His leadership extends into consulting work for urgent care facilities, where he coaches medical practices on operational efficiency and clinical best practices.

Dr. Luces began his career by earning his Licensed Practical Nursing degree from the Mildred Ellie Institute, followed by a Registered Nursing degree from the Med-Life Institute School of Nursing. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Aspen University and a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practice from Mercy University. Further advancing his education, he completed a Doctorate of Health Administration at Virginia University in Lynchburg.

He is affiliated with Montefiore Healthcare and holds memberships with the Emergency Nurses Association, the American Nurses Association, and the African Nurses Association.
