
Palm Beach Shores, FL – Countess Tatania Kurbatov, B.S., M.A., is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Top Honorable Executive in the field of Philanthropy for her dedication and commitment to helping the local and global community as the Founding President & CEO of International Wellness Foundation, Inc.
Born in Ukraine, Countess Kurbatov is a quadriplegic who dedicates her life, experience, abilities, and knowledge for the assistance of people with physical and psycho-emotional problems. At the age of nine, she was brought to the United States for medical treatment, subsequently she underwent 12 surgeries, most of which were lifesaving. She also survived several automobile accidents, and since then has taken pride in being an advocate for handicapped rights and needs.
Leading a remarkable career of service for over 20 years, Countess Kurbatov currently serves as the Founding President and CEO of International Wellness Foundation with the primary role of governance of 100% volunteer-based nonprofit organization. She utilizes her key skills in being an insightful, diplomatic, multilingual, effective fundraiser, and leadership developer. She expertly carries out her duties of initiating and overseeing charitable projects combined with her passion for helping people with disabilities.
Her Grace completed her undergraduate studies with a Bachelor’s Degree in Metaphysics and became Ordained to the Deaconate. She went on to obtain her Master’s Degree in Psychology and Diploma in Small Business Management. In light of her academic career, among her vast repertoire of skills, she is a renowned motivational speaker, corporate and executive coach, psychotherapist, profiler, and ordained deaconess.
Since September 2013, the International Wellness Foundation registered with the United Nations Global Compact. The foundation also signed the Cooperation Agreement with SPMUDA International. Collaboration with other charitable organizations, corporate and individual sponsors, attaining volunteers and international liaisons are integral parts in helping the local and global community. One of the biggest endeavors is an International Outreach Project “Wheels of Life” which provides globally free wheelchairs to underprivileged paralyzed people. Some other altruistic projects are “Inspirational & Educational Publications” through alliance with authors creates enlightening publications that educate and inspire people to Choose Life and Happiness in the most challenging modern-day situations. “Veterans & Disabled Formula to Success” with necessary funding will bring motivation and practical coaching to veterans and disabled individuals to form an identity that is modified to their degree of disability and optimize utilization of their strength and skills in order to find or re-establish their purpose in life. Also, produce an educational and motivational television show, entitled “JOURNEY to DREAMS & MIRACLES”, that will bring the stories of veterans and disabled individuals who succeeded in life. These video programs will be shown to veterans at the VA hospitals and disabled in rehabs across the country, as the project's goal is to stop veterans and disabled suicide and lead them to success. “International Health & Wellness Education Project” focuses people's attention on making healthy life-style choices, including proper nutrition, stress management, meditations and exercise routines. All projects are ready for expansion with additional funding.
As a testament to her outstanding service and professionalism, Countess Kurbatov is the recipient of several awards and accolades including the American Legions School Award, Presidential Academic Fitness Award, Cambridge & Manchester Who’s Who Award in Health and Wellness, Strathmore's Who's Who Woman of Excellence Award, and the International Women's Leadership Association Top Female Executive Award.
In her spare time, Countess Kurbatov is an activist in her community, she serves as a prominent member of multiple GFWC Woman’s Clubs, where she is dedicated to community improvement and abolishing human trafficking.
Countess Kurbatov dedicates this honorable recognition to her mother, Tamara Kurbatov who is a commendable parent and a successful author who published a historical and inspirational trilogy “God’s Miracles in Lives of Regular People” under pseudonym Angelic Tarasio. The narrative is based on a true life and love story of my paternal grandmother Countess Maria Kotyk-Kurbatov who miraculously survived Nazi concentration camp, over 10 years of Soviet GULAG and years of KGB persecution until her courageous triumph that liberated not just her, but many other people.
