Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston
is dedicated to providing services to those in need and the community they
serve, in the form of promoting justice in social structures and encouraging
others within the community to give back. As President and CEO, Mrs. Colbert
possesses elite expertise in leadership, fundraising, organizational
management, team building and strategic planning, data analysis and working
with volunteers. Mrs. Colbert has over 19 years of experience in her field and
has served the last seven years in her current position. Her dedication to her
field is unmatched, focusing her professional life on building collaborations
that improve human services for her clients.
Beginning her education at California State University-Sacramento, Mrs. Colbert
earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work. She earned her Master of Arts in
Social Welfare, Planning and Administration at UC Berkley.
