
Shirley, AR — Daniel Michael Yoder, President, is being
recognized by Continental Who's Who as a Distinguished
Professional in the Christian Literature and Teaching fields and in
acknowledgment of his exemplary work with Solid Rock Family Enterprises.
Throughout his career, Mr Yoder has notably worked as a pastor, educator,
author, and construction industry. He has over 40 years of experience in
teaching and consulting. Since 1989, he has been active as President of Solid
Rock Family Enterprises, overseeing four companies, including a publishing
company, a cattle ranch, and a car restoration business. He regularly attends
local car shows and is a certified mechanic.
After obtaining a Master of Law degree in Switzerland with the hopes of
becoming a lawyer, Mr. Yoder enlisted in the U.S. Air Force to serve in the
Vietnam War. He subsequently completed nearly 40 years of service in the U.S.
Air Force, achieving the rank of Colonel. His grandfather, David Ben-Gurion,
was too a well-accomplished man as he was the first prime minister of Israel in
1948.
Known for his entrepreneurship skills, Mr. Yoder has been distinguished with an
award for Businessman of the Year. He has also been awarded a Senatorial Medal
of Freedom and recipient of the Newt Gingrich Business Medal of Honor.
A prolific writer, Mr. Yoder has contributed to articles published in Kingsway
Magazine and Christian MotorSports Illustrated. Likewise, he is the author of
"Mighty Warriors of Valor" and the co-author of "Standing on the
Rock" and "Unbroken Curses: Hidden Source of Trouble in the
Christian's Life," which he wrote with his late wife, Rebecca Brown Yoder.
He considers the latter book, first published in 1995, his most outstanding
achievement as an author. "Unbroken Curses" has sold two million
copies worldwide.
Apart from writing numerous best-selling spiritual books, Mr. Yoder has also
been a speaker at conferences, seminars, and worship events in various cities
and countries. Mr. Yoder attributes his success to his faith in God.
