The Inner Circle acknowledges Dinah McMichael as a Pinnacle Professional Member Inner Circle of Excellence

Ms. McMichael, a seasoned educator with two decades of experience, has made a significant impact as both Assistant Principal and Principal within Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (CFISD). She currently provides executive coaching and leadership consulting services, drawing on her extensive expertise in primary, secondary, and special education.

Ms. McMichael earned her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Ouachita Baptist University and a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Lamar University. She leads a Franklin Covey Leader in Me “Lighthouse” certified school, a distinction achieved in 2023, and maintains active involvement with professional organizations including HSCD, NAESP, TCEA, and ICF.

Over the course of her career, Ms. McMichael has distinguished herself as a conference speaker at the Leader in Me symposium and the Elementary Technology conference, sharing her philosophy of leadership and innovative approaches to education. Her contributions to the field have earned her recognition in Marquis Who’s Who.

Beyond her professional commitments, Ms. McMichael devotes her time to her family as a loving wife and mother of two children. She also enjoys reading, cooking, and actively serving in her local church community.

Looking to the future, Ms. McMichael plans to continue spreading her message on strong leadership through speaking engagements and articles. She is also preparing to launch her podcast, Strong Leaders, Strong Schools, which will spotlight the inspiring work of schools across the nation. Guided by her philosophy that every child deserves a trusted adult who provides a safe space to thrive, Ms. McMichael remains dedicated to advancing excellence in education and leadership.
