DR. CRAIG EATOUGH - PRESIDENT; OWNER

Dr. Craig Eatough is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Engineering Professionals. He is the co-founder of Combustion Resources, a company that deals with Energy, Fuel, and Accidental Fires and Explosions. In addition to co-founding Combustion Resources in 1995, Dr. Eatough also became the President of the Company several years after its inception.

Dr. Eatough has performed engineering research and consulting services in the areas of combustion, gasification, fires and explosion risk assessment, materials analysis and testing, fuels characterization and utilization, fossil fuel and waste materials utilization, atomization characteristics, iron and coke making technologies, and product design to over 30 companies, government agencies, and legal firms.

Much of his knowledge is a result of his time spent as a research associate at Brigham Young University (1991-1995), where he was responsible for the design, installation, and operation of experimental combustion test facilities. In addition, Dr. Eatough was also the manager of the Combustion and Reactions Laboratory for the Advanced Combustion Engineering Research Center (ACERC). While at BYU, he participated in studies involving fuel measurements, fossil fuel characteristics, and conversion of industrial and municipal waste to energy.

In addition to his work at Combustion Resources, Dr. Eatough is a member of the Coal Preparation Society of America and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). He has been awarded 2 patents for alternative fuel making technologies and currently has patents pending for coke-making technologies. He also has contributed his vast expertise to over 20 professional publications.

Looking ahead, Dr. Eatough hopes to expand his patents and continue to contribute to his industry through both his company and his professional research.
