In her role as Principal, Dr. Labby is responsible for Administration, as well as Curriculum and Staff Development. She is a member of several prestigious professional organizations including ASCD; The Association of Teacher Educators; and the Texas Association of Teacher Educators.

Dr. Labby earned her Doctor of Education in Emotional Intelligence from Sam Houston State University. She also holds a Master of Science Degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in Biology from the State University of New York, Brockport as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Home Economics with a concentration in Nutrition from the State University of New York, Plattsburgh.
