Prior to her current position, Dr. Roddy served as Project Manager at the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) and also worked as a Project Officer at the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD). Furthermore, she held the position as a Research Fellow at the Institute for Economic & Social Research (INESOR).
Throughout her educational career, Dr. Roddy earned her MPhil in Development Economics and International Development from the University of Glasgow. She also holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Zambia.
