Beginning her career in the aviation industry while managing the Public Relations media outlets, Elizabeth Rentz obtained seventeen years of experience in her position. Having established herself as a prominent professional in the field, Rentz has spent a decade's worth of experience as a Recruit Efficient. Rentz is a firm believer that "Success is driven by actions, motivations and strategies applied to our daily lives." Rentz believes that "counterproductive methods relating to staying in our comfort zone or procrastination come with enormous stress and have a negative impact on personal or professional growth. The realization of reaching your full potential comes from creating new and innovative strategies resulting in healthier growth and unlimited success." Throughout her illustrious career, Rentz has attained extensive experience in the areas of training on reinvention writing, strategic life and business coach training, and as an author and mediator.

While pursuing her educational endeavors, Rentz earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Texas A&M University. Thereafter, Rentz would go on to obtain her Masters Certification NLP and Certification from Integrative Wellness Academy.
