Ellen has more than 30 years in the management of not-for-profit and philanthropic organizations. She founded and served as executive director of Step Up to Success, Inc, a 501(c)3 affordable housing and community development organization. In addition, Ellen has extensive knowledge and experience in employee supervision and training, and offers her extensive business acumen to help business owners achieve success and reach their goals.
In her current role, Ellen specializes in the areas of Human Resources; Payroll; Marketing; and Finance.
