Felicia Bechtel is the Founder and Owner of Spotless Organization, a professional home organizing company serving clients throughout the tri-state area and beyond. With seventeen years of industry experience, she has transformed residential environments into functional, peaceful, and inspiring spaces that help individuals and families reclaim balance and clarity in their daily lives. Her philosophy emphasizes that organization is not simply about neat spaces. It is about peace of mind and the ability to thrive in an environment designed to support one’s lifestyle and emotional well being.

Before pursuing entrepreneurship, Ms. Bechtel established a successful career in sports marketing working for both the NFL and the WWE. Raising three young children while managing a busy household helped her discover a powerful connection between organization and mental wellness. She developed systems that simplified life and created calm in the midst of chaos, ultimately inspiring the launch of Spotless Organization.

Almost seven years ago, she transformed her business from a solo venture into a recognized brand with a total of seven employees to date and that number continues to grow. Her company became a finalist for Best of Bergen 2025 and has recently been nominated for The Best of Bergen 2026 and now moved on to the finals. Felicia previously had an in-home partnership with The Container Store. However, she recently decided to become fully independent so she can focus on elevating her business to new heights with exciting enhancements underway that will further empower clients to take control of their spaces and their peace of mind.

Ms. Bechtel holds an Associate Degree in Fashion Buying and Merchandising from FIT and a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Oneonta. Her professional involvement includes Letip of Paramus where she has been a member for almost three years and has successfully leveraged community support to expand her business.

Much of her success can be attributed to the love and support of Letip of Paramus, her team, the community and most importantly, her three children (23,23,24 years old).

In addition to her entrepreneurial achievements, Ms. Bechtel remains actively involved in volunteer work with Upper Saddle River Cares, Upper Saddle River Moms, and the Jewish Community Organization. She believes that meaningful change begins close to home and is committed to giving back to the community that has supported her family and her business.

Featured recently in Influential Women Magazine, Ms. Bechtel shared her inspiring career journey from leading international sports marketing initiatives to becoming a sought after professional organizer. She mentors others by living her example of resilience, courage, and the belief that transformation is always possible with conviction and care.

Outside of her business, Ms. Bechtel enjoys spending quality time with her three grown children. She takes great pride in supporting their ambitions. One daughter is pursuing art and Japanese studies while preparing for medical school, while her oldest daughter is pursuing a career in law and her son is working in the computer science/technology field.
