HORACE ISHMAEL GODDARD, PH.D. - DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY SERVICES
Horace I. Goddard is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Education Professionals. Horace is the Director of Community Services for the English Montreal School Board.
As Director of Community Services, Horace is responsible for registration, transportation, daycare, planning, research, printing, mailings, cafeteria and nutrition, education, multicultural and multiracial education.
In addition, Horace is a member of the Black Theatre Workshop, Quebec Board of Black Educators, Black Community Resource Centre, Association of Administrators of English Schools, Black Writers Guild, and is an editor of KOLA Magazine.
Horace earned his Ph.D. in English from the University of Montreal, MA in English from the University of Montreal, M.Ed. in Administration and Policy from McGill University, and also holds a BA (Hons) in English- Concordia University.
