With over 20 years of experience, Janice specializes in overseeing loss and investigation procedures for misplaced packages as well as arranging and developing strategies for improving logistics. In addition, Janice works closely in the areas of international brokerage operations; branch management; operations oversight; package care; program control; customer service; logistics; and security administration.
Throughout her educational career, Janice earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Brock University and also holds Certification in Cargo Loss Prevention. She is currently a member of the National Air Security Training and Awareness Commission and the National Air Cargo Security Training and Awareness Commission. In addition to her professional affiliations, Janice serves as the Executive Co-Chairman of the United Way of Canada.
