JESSICA MORRIS - ATTORNEY

Jessica Morris is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Law Professionals. Jessica is an Associate with the firm, Herzfeld & Rubin (PC) in New York, and Chase Kurshan Herzfeld & Rubin LCC in New Jersey.

Jessica is based out of the New Jersey office, and as an Associate, handles matters in both New York and New Jersey. She focuses on civil litigation ranging from complex commercial litigation to medical malpractice and personal injury. Jessica also has represented indigent women in uncontested divorce actions and provided emotional strength and legal advocacy. She provides full service representation from daily case maintenance to court appearances and is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bar Associations as well as the ABA.

Jessica strives to infuse representation of each client with the care, passion, and personal touch each person and business deserves from someone representing their interests. She does not back down from achieving the best outcome for her clients no matter the hurdles that may arise. A prime example of her fearless nature includes her achievements so early on in her career.  Five months into her career, she was asked to appear at a hearing on behalf of a client in an escrow disbursement dispute and succeeded in obtaining a judgment in favor of her client.  In addition, Jessica is a working mother and succeeded in Law School even when she had a young child at home and was pregnant with her second child during the BAR. Clearly, her dedication to reach goals is unwavering.

Jessica attended Yeshiva University Stern College, as well as the Benjamin Cardozo Law School.
