JIM D. SHOEMAKE - OWNER AND PRINCIPAL

Madisonville, LA/ Continental Who’s Who/- Jim D. Shoemake is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Consulting as a result of his role as Owner and Principal of Shoemake Consulting Group.

With over twenty five years of experience in the food service industry, Jim specializes in procurement in the food service and hospitality industry; negotiations; category management; contract management; consulting; supply chain management; as well as delivering savings to national restaurant chains. He has vast experience across all categories within a foodservice restaurant including QSR, fast casual and fine dining. A true testament to his food service skills and knowledge, over the past four years Jim has delivered $22 million in savings for his clients and partners. In all work he completes, it is his goal is to save 15% - 20% for every client as well as decrease food costs by 3% - 6%. In this capacity, Jim allows for restaurant ownership to focus on growing their business, as he takes care of the rest.

Although gaining most of his experience through direct work in the fields of food service and hospitality, Jim also earned a BS in Business Management from LaGrange College. He also holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Music Business Institute of Atlanta.
