John J. Lanc, P.E., L.S.

Campbell Hall, NY/ Continental Who’s Who/ John J. Lanc, P.E., L.S. is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a 2016 Prominent Professional in the field of Engineering and Land Surveying. John is the Co-founder of Lanc & Tully Engineering and Surveying, P.C.

Now celebrating their 31 years in business, Lanc & Tully Engineering and Surveying P.C., is a firm specializing in Civil Engineering and Surveying, where they work hard to provide consulting and design services for site development and land planning for private and municipal clients.  The firm originated in April of 1985 and both of the founding principals have been working in the Hudson Valley area for over forty-six years. In January 2004, the firm expanded from two to six principals.

Lanc & Tully, P.C. currently employs approximately thirty five people, including licensed Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, a licensed Professional Planner, Staff Engineers, Engineering and Surveying Technicians, CAD Designers, Construction Technicians, and Survey Field Crews. Utilizing a unique level of experience and skills, Lanc & Tully, P.C., has played key roles in assisting people and communities to formulate a cohesive vision and making those visions a reality.

At Lanc & Tully, P.C. John provides Residential and Commercial Subdivisions and Site Plans, Feasibility Studies, Technical Specifications, Consulting Engineering Services, Boundary and Topographic Surveys, as well as Construction Stake-Outs. In addition, John specializes in Civil Engineering, Municipal Engineering, and Land Surveying.

He received his MS in Civil Engineering from Czech Technical University and is currently a member of N.S.P.E., and A.S.C.E.
