In business for over thirty years, Patterned Concrete Ontario specializes in the design and installation of decorative concrete finishes for the residential, commercial and industrial industry.  As of 2013 Joe Guida acquired Patterned Concrete Industries, Ltd, which franchises contractors throughout North America under the Trade Mark brand Patterned Concrete.

Inspired by his family’s history in the industry, Joe has been President of the business for twenty five years.  Throughout the course of his esteemed career, he has become a noted expert in architectural decorative concrete, hardscaping, project management, and franchising as well as staff management.

The recipient of the Executive of The Year in Construction award, Joe Guida maintains affiliation with the ACI Association, ASCC/DCC, CSC and the Toronto Construction Association.  Aside from the demands of work, Joe enjoys golf and fishing.

Reflecting on his educational career, Joe studied Engineering at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology.

Looking into the future, Joe would like to continue to expand the franchise on both a national and international level.  He would like to grow Patterned Concrete Industries with some in depth training and development of employees, along with mentoring and ongoing education.
