In the industry for sixteen years, Joseph is a Certified Technician through the
Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and is a CWB Welding
Specialist. As the Welding and Materials Specialist, his responsibilities
include training welders on safety, automated equipment and final product
reliability. Joseph holds additional licensure as an Interprovincial Red Seal
Licensed Welder and Certified Field Heat Treating Technician.
A member of the American Welding Society, Canadian Welding Association,
American Society of Materials, American Society of Mechanical Engineers,
American Society for Non Destructive Testing, Heat Treaters Society,
International Institute of Welding, National Association of Corrosion
Engineering, and a technical advisor to the Welding Engineering
Technician/Technologist Program at Northern College. Joseph is on the CSA and SEC Code Committees.
Charitable towards organizations such as United Way, Joseph enjoys hunting,
guitars and fishing in his spare time.
Throughout the course of his studies and training, Joseph attended Northern
College where he attained his diploma in Welding Engineering Technician and Welding
Fitting.
