A recognized leader in his field, Mr. Safari pursued higher education at Bauder College in 2001 where he earned an Associates of Marketing and later received certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the International Association of Professions Career College. Further adding to his extraordinary education, Mr. Safari is also attended WeTrain Institute in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia where he received certification as a Corporate Trainer. 

Mr. Safari is a specialist in sales and service training for organizations across various industries. A highly sought after speaker, the entrepreneur also offers public speaking services and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Training. He is affiliated with other professionals as a member of the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce; Toastmasters International; Corporate Speaking; and the Greater Boca Chamber of Commerce. 

Highly respected in multiple fields, Mr. Safari is a successful businessman who has forged a path as owner and insurance broker of Meet Market Insurance from 2010-2017; sales manager of AAA Mountain west from 2017-2018; Healthcare Consultant for Total Benefit Communications from 2018-2022; and presently serves as President and CEO of Safari Training Solutions where he has worked since December 12, 2022. Working with a national clientele, he has received many honors and awards during his illustrious career including Salesperson of the Year in three different industries including insurance, automotive, and retail. 

Mr. Safari has shared his vast knowledge with a published book in 2023 titled “Fact Finding and Its Impact on Sales” which he explained is an ebook. He asserts that he is most proud of being self-supporting since he was 18 years old, starting the company and expanding beyond the insurance industry, and introducing diversity and inclusion initiatives in 2024. Further, he is currently building an app for the business set to launch in 2024 with a brother who is a software engineer.

When reflecting on his continued success in the business field, Mr. Safara recognizes many mentors who have supported his goals including Judeth Wilson of WeTrain Institute in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia; Troy Quaife of East to Implement Training in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia; Scott Ferguson of the Time to Shine Podcast in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; Ed Lamont, the President of Palm Beach Toastmasters in West Palm Beach, Florida; and Martiza Coscarelli of Maritza Coscarelli Coaching in Palm Beach, Florida. 

Looking to the future, Mr. Safari plans to grow the company into a national organization; work with C-Suite executives; engage in high-level networking; and build strategic partnerships. He believes that his sales philosophy to make the customer want to buy with a strong WIIFM is the key to his incredible achievements and his team’s philosophy that diversity is strength, and we will all succeed when everyone contributes without limitations has driven him to the top of the field. 

In his spare time, Ms. Safari notes that his favorite place to visit is Australia and he enjoys the Little Red Book of Selling by Jeffrey Gotomer and The Collaborative Way by Lloyd Fickett and Jason Fickett.
