Prior to working with USREEB, she successfully owned and operated multiple salons before entering the real estate and investment industry. After just one year in business with her first salon, Karen was able to expand it into a full service tanning, nail and hair salon and proceeded to begin a distributorship of tanning, nail and hair products.
On a daily basis, Karen utilizes her business acumen in conjunction with her additional expertise in accounting and finance, customer service, education, payroll, marketing, sales and more. In this capacity, Karen enjoys using her skillset as more of an educator rather than salesperson and keeping her clients’ best interests at heart.
Outside of work, she maintains affiliation with NAPW and enjoys mentoring and helping young women excel into the workforce. Through her mentoring, Karen stays true to her motto that “no matter where you start in life, you can change your path with hard work.” A liver transplant survivor, Karen provides support services for individuals and their families going through the transplant process when time allows.
