Professor Kurt A. April, Ph.D. is recognized by
Continental Who’s Who among Educators. Kurt is a Professor at the University of Cape Town in South Africa, Research Fellow of Ashridge in the UK, and Associate Fellow of the University of Oxford (UK).
As an Educator, Kurt specializes in Management Consulting and Lecturing. He promotes Leadership, Diversity, and Inclusion within his classroom and organizational setting, and creates a learning environment rich in opportunities for growth and success within his students and clients.
In addition to his work with the University of Cape Town, Kurt is associated with various Professional Organizations related to his chosen field. Kurt is a member of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA), Manufactures and Commerce (UK), Academy of Management (USA), British Academy of Management (UK), International Positive Psychology Association (USA), IEEE (USA), Knowledge Management Professional Society (USA), International D&I Advisory Council (Novartis, Switzerland), and a Special Agenda Council on Talent and Diversity (WEF). He is also the managing partner of LICM Consulting and is a owner- director of Helderview BMW.
Kurt received his Ph.D., MBA, MSc(Eng), HDE and BSc(Eng) from the University of Cape Town and the University of Oxford.
