For more than a decade, Mrs. Burton has helped organizations solve complex business challenges through technology. As a Senior Project Manager and technology consultant, she has led enterprise initiatives across the Telecommunications, Government, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Energy and Utilities, Transportation, Media, Financial Services, and Nonprofit Sectors. Her ability to bring people together, build strong relationships, and keep projects moving forward has made her a trusted leader for organizations navigating digital transformation. 

At the intersection of strategy and technology, Mrs. Burton works alongside executives, business leaders, and cross functional teams to deliver innovative Salesforce and enterprise technology solutions that improve the way organizations operate. Her expertise includes project and program management, Agile delivery, Salesforce consulting, customer relationship management (CRM) strategy, business process improvement, organizational change management, and enterprise technology implementation. While technology is at the center of her career, she believes successful transformation is ultimately about people, collaboration, and creating solutions that make a meaningful difference. 

Mrs. Burton's commitment to excellence is reflected in both her education and her dedication to lifelong learning. She earned a Bachelor of General Studies from the University of Louisiana Monroe in 2007, a Master of Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management in 2010, and a Bachelor of Science in Robotics and Information Technology in 2019. She also holds several professional certifications, including Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce AI Associate, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). 

While her professional accomplishments have shaped her career, one of life's most difficult experiences shaped her purpose. After the loss of her son, Levi J. Burton, Mrs. Burton founded The Levi J. Burton Foundation to honor his life and support other families experiencing pregnancy and infant loss. What began as a deeply personal journey has grown into a mission dedicated to providing hope, advocacy, education, resources, and a compassionate community for grieving parents. 

Through the foundation, Mrs. Burton works to raise awareness, encourage open conversations about pregnancy and infant loss, and remind families that they are not alone. The foundation's annual memorial 5K has become a meaningful event that brings families and supporters together to remember babies gone too soon while celebrating hope, healing, and community. As the organization continues to grow, her vision is to expand its reach across the country so that more families have access to the support and resources they need during one of the hardest seasons of their lives. 

In addition to her professional and nonprofit work, Mrs. Burton serves as President of her local and district Business & Professional Women's Federation. She enjoys mentoring women, encouraging emerging leaders, and creating opportunities for others to grow both personally and professionally. She believes leadership is not about titles or recognition but about serving others, building meaningful relationships, and helping people realize their potential. 

Her dedication to both her profession and her community has earned her recognition as a member of Influential Women, reflecting a career built on excellence, compassion, and service. Outside of work, Mrs. Burton enjoys reading, traveling, experiencing different cultures, volunteering, and spending time with her family. 

As she looks to the future, Mrs. Burton hopes to continue advancing in executive technology leadership while expanding the impact of The Levi J. Burton Foundation nationwide. Whether she is leading a technology transformation or comforting a grieving family, her mission remains the same: to leave people better than she found them.
