Dr. Laura L. Ardizzone, DNP, CRNA, MBA, DCC, FAANA, is a nationally recognized healthcare leader who merges frontline clinical expertise with high-level administrative leadership. As a certified registered nurse anesthetist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, she not only delivers direct patient care but also plays a vital role in shaping operational strategy, staff development, and institutional growth.

With a strong academic foundation that includes a BSN from the University of Pennsylvania and advanced degrees from Columbia University and Cornell University, Dr. Ardizzone has distinguished herself in both clinical practice and executive healthcare management. She completed her MSN, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), and a clinical research fellowship in infection prevention at Columbia, followed by an MBA in Health Leadership from Cornell.

In her administrative role, Dr. Ardizzone focuses on strategic planning, recruiting and engagement strategies, and maintaining a culture of quality and safety. She oversees both students and professional staff, ensuring excellence in anesthetic practice and institutional compliance with evolving healthcare standards.

Dr. Ardizzone is a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and the New York Academy of Medicine. She also serves on the Board of Advisors for Columbia University School of Nursing and maintains active affiliations with the New York State Association of Nurse Anesthetists and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
