application of financial software, she honed important skills in communication

Ms. Keene believes that one of the keys to success, both for herself and her

seminars to increase her effectiveness and has earned two of the real estate
industry’s most prestigious professional designations; GRI (Graduate Realtor
Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). As nationally recognized
designations, they are earned through a rigorous course of study, as well as
demonstrated professional experience.
Among her professional memberships and affiliations, Ms. Keene is a member of
the Chicago Association of Realtors, where she helps shape the future of real
estate in the area by serving on the Professional Standards Committee and the
