Ms. Boden earned a Bachelor of Arts in early childhood education and psychology from Hood College in 1971. She then attained a Master of Arts as a reading specialist from Virginia Polytechnic Institute in 1978. Prior to her work in real estate, Ms. Boden was an educator for 12 years and served in Virginia, California, and Massachusetts. She was a mathematics teacher and reading specialist, and while in California, also served as the director of the school reading lab, cheerleading coach, and was director of several school plays. 

Ms. Boden moved to Massachusetts from California and continued teaching while she also pursued a real estate career with Coldwell Banker. In 1997, she joined Davies-Davies where she worked for 10 years before joining Levitt as a residential broker. She worked there for seven years. Ms. Boden is currently an associate broker with Keller Williams where she focuses on the Lake George, Florida area, Queensbury, and Glens Falls. She is also certified as a resort and second-home property specialist. 

The educator and real estate agent was named one of the Top 10 Agents in 2019 and has been listed as one of the Top 10 of 800 Brokers for six consecutive years. She also received the accolade of Top Producer in Real Estate for 20 years. 

Ms. Boden is also an engaged citizen who supports her local community, serving as a director of school plays, is president of the Boxford Athletic Association, serves on the local school board, coaches cheerleading, soccer, and swimming, directs the town beach where her children were lifeguards and manned the food stand, and leading community service efforts on behalf of the Junior League of Boston and the Boys Scouts of America. She is also a member of the Lake George Club, the Glens Falls Country Club, the Glens falls Swim and Tennis Club and the Hyde Museum. 

Ms. Boden is also a natural athlete, competing in sports since she was young and spending every summer at Lake George with her immediate and extended family. She enjoys playing golf and tennis, swimming, waterskiing, sailing, and hiking. She has also competed in violin and viola competitions, synchronized and competitive swimming internationally, and continues to enjoy other sports, such as volleyball, speed skating, and downhill skiing. 

Ms. Boden plans to continue working in the real estate field while maintaining her health. According to Ms. Boden, she is a naturally adaptable person and enjoys the challenge of new experiences. Her ultimate goal is to maintain her philosophy of positivity, tenacity and gratitude, particularly to those who have had a significant impact on her life.
