Dr. Liz Fussell is Nationally recognized executive mentor and leadership strategist. Dr. Fussell has announced the expansion of her firm, Liz Fussell LLC Business Advisory and Consultation, dedicated to empowering nonprofit leaders across the United States through evidence based executive mentoring, strategic planning, and organizational transformation.

With more than 20 years of national impact in leadership development, organizational health, and disability inclusion, Dr. Fussell brings a proven record of strengthening nonprofit systems, rebuilding distressed organizations, and driving sustainable community change. Her firm provides customized advisory services focused on leadership and organizational development, culture transformation, strategic execution, employee engagement, cross-sector partnership building, and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.

Dr. Fussell’s extensive career includes directing national and state initiatives that expanded employment for individuals with disabilities by 200% across eight southeastern states, securing multimillion dollar funding partnerships, and founding one of the first postsecondary education programs for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities now replicated nationwide.

As a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and Certified Work Incentives Coordinator (CWIC/CPWIC), Dr. Fussell has collaborated across SSA, Medicaid, VA, HUD, and education systems to improve service coordination for hundreds of beneficiaries. She has co-authored peer-reviewed research on employer attitudes and supported employment, influencing state and national policy

Her leadership extends to numerous national boards and initiatives, including the Louisiana Rehabilitation Council, Generative AI for Value Creation Program Advisory Board at Loyola University, and Digital Bridges for Nepal (2026 Board Member). She also volunteers with the West Baton Rouge Parish Chamber of Commerce and contributed to the ACRE National Consortium developing U.S. curriculum for supported employment professionals.
