Starting her career in residential leasing, her present areas of concentration include buyer representation, buying and selling, first time home buyers, client relations, residential and commercial real estate, property management, foreclosures and short sales.
An investor herself, Marchelle utilizes her years of knowledge and experience in investment properties to assist buyers and sellers as well as renters and fellow investors. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and being out on the water.
