After twenty years of growing and creating one of the top financial services firms in the country, Marilyn discovered she had developed a proven formula for teaching already successful financial advisors how to go beyond their current level of success, both personally and professionally.

Believing this method and message must be shared more globally, Marilyn sold her business and created a new company, Marilyn Macha Consulting in 2013, a corporate service business, dedicated to her passion of coaching, consulting and training “successful” executives of the financial services industry, to go beyond success in all areas of their lives.

Having been an investment advisor for thirty years and a business owner for the last twenty of those years, she navigated the financial crisis that started in 2007 through her unique approach to financial awareness achieving her pinnacle of success from 2008-2013. How she learned to harness those circumstances and rise above predictable expectations is her heartfelt and powerful message. She was invited to and attended the Barron’s Winner Circle Top Women Advisors Summit annually, from 2008-2013, when she sold her investment firm.

Macha earned her Bachelor’s degree concentrating on Math and Psychology from Stephens College in Columbia, MO. She is a certified financial planner (CFP®), a certified consultant and coach with the Academy for Coaching Excellence (an accredited certification with the International Coach Federation) and a 2015-2016 Professional Woman of the Year in the National Association of Professional Women.
