Marilyn Simon, Esq. is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Attorneys. Marilyn is an Associate with the firm of Marilyn Simon & Associates.

Marilyn specializes in the areas of Bankruptcy, Insolvency, Reorganization,  Debtor, Creditor, Secured Transactions, and Workouts.

In addition to her role with Marilyn Simon & Associates, Marilyn is a lecturer at various educational and credit granting institutions including Fordham University School of Law, St. John’s University School of Law, City of  New York Bar Association and Middle Market Group for Chase Manhattan Bank. Marilyn is also a published author with works including “When and How to Use Debt Reconstructing as Bankruptcy Alternative”, published in 1995.

 Marilyn’s vast success in the field of law is undoubtedly attributed to her ability to see both sides of a problem and subsequently work through them to achieve an equitable resolution.

Additionally, Marilyn is a member of many prestigious organizations including the New York Bar Association, the American Bar Association, New York County Lawyer’s Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, and the New York Bankruptcy Lawyer’s Association.

Marilyn earned her J.D. from  Seton Hall University and her BA from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York.
