An expert in his field, Mr. Henley holds a bachelor's degree equivalency from DePaul University, which he obtained in 2001. Over the years, he has expanded upon his knowledge, earning various certifications through the National Center for Construction Education and Research, the American Heart Association, OSHA, the Carpenters International Training Fund, and the United Brotherhood of Carpenters. In light of his vast breadth of experience, Mr. Henley has also been featured on multiple news media channels and interviewed on the radio.

Mr. Henley is the founder, owner, and president of PAC Leaders LLC, a construction company based in Chicago, Illinois. According to Mr. Henley, the company is committed to serving its clients while maintaining the highest levels of integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and best industry practices. PAC Leaders LLC focuses on new construction and commercial projects, and Mr. Henley’s areas of expertise include carpentry and commercial construction. He mentors and provides on the job training for apprentices from partner schools.  He also attends meetings with his team and executives of other companies, in which he reviews bids and the scope of projects. 

Mr. Henley has been a member of the Carpenters Local Union 54 since 2002 and maintains membership in Black Contractors Owners and Executives and the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association. He has served as a carpenter foreman and superintendent with the Path Construction Company in 2016, a journeyman carpenter with Ujamaa Construction Inc. in 2014, and a journeyman carpenter with Powers and Sons Co. from 2013 to 2014. Mr. Henley began his career as a journeyman carpenter with Kiewit in 2005, remaining in this position until 2013. 

Mr. Henley was featured on the news for helping to rebuild a newsstand that was a historical landmark. The newsstand was destroyed by a drunk driver, and his company volunteered, alongside two others, to rebuild it. Mr. Henley is a lifelong learner and took career inspiration from his father, who was also a journeyman carpenter.  In the coming years, he is focused on real estate development. His goal is to build schools and tiny homes for the homeless.
