During her tenure at Phoenix Marketing International (PMI), Ms. Orlick served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director, where she spearheaded initiatives that significantly bolstered revenue streams and solidified key partnerships. Under her leadership, PMI experienced unprecedented growth, with annual spending by a key partner increasing by $1.1 million, with overall revenue streams rising by several million dollars. Ms. Orlick has closed media deals with several of her media partners whose platforms carried the Olympic Games, the World Cup soccer tournament, the Latin Grammys and many other entertainment events. When PMI was acquired by MarketCast, a market research company that works to enhance brand fandom through a combination of data-driven analytics and consumer outreach in 2022, Ms. Orlick continued as the senior vice president controlling a budget of more than $16 million which she utilized to drive an impressive expansion in company revenue. She worked with NBCUniversal, The Walt Disney Company, Fox Broadcasting Company, and Paramount Global, as well as advocated for MarketCast’s involvement with social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok.
