NADINE M. O’SHAUGHNESSY - PRE K-12 PRINCIPAL

Copenhagen, NY/ Continental Who’s Who/- Nadine M. O’Shaughnessy is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Education. Nadine is the Pre K-12 Principal at Copenhagen Central School.

Located in the heart of the village, Copenhagen Central School houses students from preschool through twelfth grade under one roof. A home to two gymnasiums, three computer labs, several mobile learning labs, performing and visual arts classrooms, a distance learning room, and 21st Century supplied classrooms, the school is well equipped to prepare students for prosperous futures.

In the education field for over twenty five years, Nadine has been Principal for eight years. Prior to being Principal, she was a Science teacher for grades 8-12.
As Principal, Nadine oversees and specializes in classroom management, curriculum development, educational technology and leadership, instructional technology and design, teaching and more.

A member of ASCD, AMLE, Manchester Who’s Who, DKG Chi Chapter and IWLA, Nadine enjoys being with family and water sports in her free time. She stays in touch with her community through local charities and educational programs.

Nadine earned her Master of Science in Education and Reading from SUNY Potsdam following receipt of her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Ithaca College. Additionally, Nadine holds a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership and Administration from SUNY Oswego.
