PATRICIA ENGLISH - DIRECTOR OF ONCOLOGY STATISTICS

San Diego, CA/ Continental Who’s Who/- Patricia A. English is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Prominent Professional of The Year in the field of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing as a result of her role as Director of Oncology Statistics with Pfizer.

In her current position, Patricia specializes in design and data analysis, tutoring, mentoring, oncology, biostatistics, and translational medicine. In addition, Patricia is a member of the American Statistical Association (ASA) and San Diego Chapter of the ASA, as well as Pfizer Global Health Fellows.

Furthermore, Patricia is an Enrolled Agent (EA) and has been the recipient of several awards including 2013 Woman of the Year by NAPW, as well as the ASA Connecticut Chapter Service Award in 2001 and the San Diego Chapter Service Award in 2014. She has also joined the board of directors of Shine Charity, Inc., as Treasurer.

One of her most fulfilling career accomplishments to date was in 2008 when Patricia spent four months in Rwanda as a Pfizer Global Health Fellow, where she worked with the Access program offering her services as a public health statistician.

Throughout the course of her studies, Patricia earned her DrPH with a Specialization in Biostatistics from the University of California, Los Angeles Fielding School of Public Health. She also holds an MS in Biostatistics from the University of California, Los Angeles Fielding School of Public Health and a BA in Mathematics from the University of California at Irvine.
