Miramar, FL— Prominently featured in The Inner Circle, Pedro
Quesada, DDS, is acknowledged as a Top Pinnacle Professional for his
contributions to the fields of Dentistry and Oral Surgery.
Dr. Quesada began his educational journey in Villa Clara,
Cuba and earned a bachelors and dental degree there. He relocated to the United
States and served as a nurse for 6 years at Hialeah Hospital prior to achieving
his DDS degree at Nova Southeastern University. While at Nova, he spent two
years of advanced education using his surgical background. Dr. Quesada is an
oral surgeon and general dental practitioner in private practice at Dr. Quesada
& Associates, PA, which he notes is conveniently located in Coral Springs,
Florida. The doctor offers restorative dental care to extensive surgical
procedures with the sole purpose of providing complete dental rehabilitation
and specifically serving special needs patients, who he notes are undertreated.
Considered a leader in his fields, Dr. Quesada’s notes that he is especially
proud to offer complete recovery of dental health to his patients who do not
need to be referred out of his offices. The doctor differentiates his practice
from others by ensuring that his business slogan, Making Top Quality Dentistry
Affordable, applies to all of his patients as well as outstanding holistic
practices.
Dr. Quesada was inspired to provide excellent overall skills in general
dentistry and cover a broad span of practice in all specialties when he
realized that a majority of his patients could not afford dental treatment
either because of lack of insurance coverage; economical restraints; or poor
comprehensive dental education. He asserts that dentistry, also known as Dental
and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study,
diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of
the oral cavity. Dentists such as Dr. Quesada diagnose and treat dental issues and
help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth; correct
bite issues; perform surgeries and extractions; and perform other duties to
ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.
A self-defined workaholic, Dr. Quesada is focused on spending time with his
patients, and also has a passion for spending quality time with his family. He
is married to Yanet Calero, also a doctor from Cuba, who is fulfilling her
dream of becoming a dentist in the United States and they have two boys, Ian Pablo
and Nathan Quesada. In his spare time, the doctor volunteers at his children’s
school and also works with the Florida Department of Health as a catastrophe
volunteer.
The doctor credits his mentor, Steven Ellen, DMD as the inspiration for his
career.
