Pismo Beach, CA— Penny L. Rodriguez is being recognized by
Continental Who’s Who as a Top Pinnacle Professional for her
contributions as an entrepreneur.
Ms. Rodriguez owns Penny’s All American Café,
manages 16 employees, and oversees specialties such as Angus Burgers,
Strawberry Waffles, and Clam Chowder. She has worked in the field for more than
20 years and has consistently offered quality meals and ensured that every
member of her crew was treated fairly. She credits her success to the support
of not only her dedicated staff, but also to her loving family and community
fellows.
Ms. Rodriguez is a member of Pismo Beach Chamber of Commerce, and previously
served as a board member. She is an active civil advocate and supports the
Jacqualyn Palchak Breast Cancer Fund, the Association of Amputee Surfers, and
the Alzheimer's Association California Central Coast Chapter. Ms. Rodriquez
also supports the local food bank.
She would like to dedicate this honor to her family: dear husband, Dale;
children, Ryan, Derek, Cheyenne; and grandchildren. She thanks them for their
love and support. In the future, Ms. Rodriguez intends to continue maintaining
the café and eventually selling the eatery when she is ready to retire and
spend more time with her family.
