Robert Godosky is recognized by

Robert has over 20 years of experience as an attorney, and has spent his entire career representing individuals injured by the negligence of others. Robert has tried cases in all areas of personal injury, including medical malpractice, labor law, automobile accidents and premise liability accidents.
As Managing Attorney, Robert oversees 9 attorneys who are handling over 300 cases involving all aspects of personal injury as well as some commercial litigation and matters before the Disciplinary Committee and the Commission on Judicial Conduct.
Robert’s skill in the field of law has earned him the "AV" rating under Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review rating system. He has been honored as the 2010 Lawyer of Integrity by the Institute of Jewish Humanities, and has also been listed in Super Lawyers 2009, 2010, 2011, as well as listed in Best Lawyers in America 2011.
In addition, Robert was appointed to the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association in 2004 and serves as a member of the Departmental Disciplinary Committee, First Department.
Robert is a graduate of the Fordham University School of Law.
