Early in Mr. Desyatnikov’s career, he worked for the quality assurance departments at UNICAST and Solbright Digital Solutions. By 2000, he went on to serve as a QA consultant and advisor for Digital. Within two years, he rose to ranks of global test manager at HSBC Bank, leading over 150 global tester operations. Four years after, he started working at Sterling Infosystems Inc. as a senior QA manager, ascending to the role of director and vice president of Global QA & Testing. He transitioned to CITI for two years, established QA Mentor in 2010, QA Vendor in 2016, and Occygen in 2016. In 2017, he co-founded QA EliteSouls.

In recognition of academic achievements, Mr. Desyatnikov earned an undergraduate degree in computer information systems from Baruch College in 1998. He pursued higher education, receiving a Master of Business Administration in technology management from the University of Phoenix in 2005. He has multiple certifications in testing and project management.

On top of these accomplishments, Mr. Desyatnikov has been published in numerous highly-circulated magazines including Forbes, CIOReview, Stickyminds, MirrorReview, Outsourcing Gazette, Tea-Time with Testers, and multiple QA blogs.
