Shari currently manages the global learning portal for Expedia and provides learning consultancy across all of Expedia businesses in Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Prior to her current role, Shari continuously proved that she was able to adapt to many industries including banking, automotive, technology, and travel. Shari headed Learning and Development and/or Talent functions within NatWest, NCR, Raytheon, BT, RBS, Betfair and Expedia. In addition, she was MD, UK Learning for Raytheon, managing The Vauxhall College and Saab Academy for   General Motors.  Ridley’s: Cutting Edge Internal Audit documents her RBS Risk Academy.  She project managed global management development and succession planning for Betfair and built the training and talent functions for NatWest Corporate Banking Services.

Shari earned her MSc/MBA in Business Process Management from the Bradford Business School, Bradford University and also holds a BA in English and Government Studies from The College of William and Mary.
