outstanding pediatric care. In addition to her work at Advocare Society Hill
Pediatrics, she maintains affiliations with Thomas
Jefferson University Hospitals where she additionally serves as an adjunct

Dr. Cronley had known for as long as she could
remember that she wanted to study pediatric medicine, donning a nurse’s uniform
as a little girl to have fun dreaming about the life she would later live. One
of the most important lessons she has learned and would recommend to those
following along the same path is to truly listen, and to keep an open mind.
In preparation for her career, Dr. Cronley earned a
Bachelor’s of Science from Wittenberg University in 1977. She continued on to
receive her medical degree from Wright State University, graduating in 1982. She
completed her residency at Dayton Children’s Hospital in 1985, where shortly
after she completed a two-year Robert Wood Johnson Fellowship at the Children’s
Hospital of Philadelphia.
Advocating for a mother’s rights, Dr. Cronley has
been a member of the breastfeeding committee at Pennsylvania Hospital, a
recipient of “Baby Friendly” designation. She is a diplomat of the American
Academy of Pediatrics and a consulting physician for Germantown Friends School
in Philadelphia.
Dr. Cronley would like to dedicate this recognition
to her mentor Dr. Bidi McSorley and husband, Jeffrey Reed, who is a fine artist
that paints landscapes and teaches art. They share two grown sons.
