
Ankeny, IA - Sheril A. Bogenrief, BSN, RN, MHCM, is being
recognized by Continental Who's Who as a Pinnacle Registered Nurse for her work
in the Medical field and in acknowledgment of her work at The Judge Group.
Sheril A. Bogenrief has dedicated more than four decades to
patients in the Ankeny, IA, area. She began a new position at The Judge Group
in June 2021.
To begin her college education, she attended Des Moines Area Community College,
graduating with her AAA degree in Nursing in 1989. She worked as an LPN for a
decade, then returned to school. At Colorado Technical University, Ms.
Bogenrief earned a BSN degree in 2012, followed by an MBA degree in Health Care
Administration/Management in 2014.
Ms. Bogenrief has worked in acute, home, and long-term care for many years. She
was a Case Manager at Nurse Force, Inc., Amedisys, Intrepid USA Health Care
Services, Spirit Home Healthcare, and Immanuel. Ms. Bogenrief completed
accurate patient documentation, physical assessments, intravenous therapies,
Chart reviews. During her time as an Intake Coordinator, she also coordinated
referral sources and clinical support for members of the home health staff. She
continues to offer her expertise as a Medical Legal Consultant.
In her current role at the staffing agency The Judge Group, Ms. Bogenrief
oversees medical information review for hospital, home care, and medical
practices. As the Utilization Management Nurse for Anthem, she works with
numerous medical practices to review important information related to patient
care.
Actively involved with numerous organizations, Ms. Bogenrief is a member of the
American Nurses Association and Iowa Nurses Association. In her spare time, she
is a Convention Steering Committee member of the Des Moines Science Fiction and
Fantasy Society and the Kansas City Society. She is also working at the World
Science Fiction Convention. Ms. Bogenrief has been honored for her dedication
with a profile feature in Health News Today.
Ms. Bogenrief would like to dedicate this honorable recognition to her first
husband, who encouraged her to obtain her Bachelor's degree; and her two aunts
and two cousins whose nursing careers inspired her to pursue a medical career.
