Fullerton, CA - Continental Who's Who recognizes Silvica Rosca as a Pinnacle Professional Member in the field of Consulting. She is currently the Founder & CEO of Business Brains, Inc.

Business Brains, Inc., founded in 2016, is the brainchild of Rosca herself. According to her website, as the company's CEO, "Silvica facilitates online group coaching programs, rich in content, and mentors individuals with a higher level of commitment to their personal, career and business success. She has the gift. The ability to transform lives through experiential training."

Rosca, who consults globally, considers her areas of professional expertise to be; Leadership Development, Non-Profits, and Motivating Employees. Prior to being self-employed, Rosca was previously employed at large corporations such as Raytheon, and theSilReview, as well as C4I Systems.

She attended from California State University's Mihaylo College of Business and Economics, located in Fullerton, and graduated as a President’s Scholar with a Bachelor's degree in Business and Finance in 2008. She is also certified with a Clever Investor Mentorship Program (Real Estate Investment) as of 2015.

In order to further her professional and personal development, she is affiliated with associations and organizations such as the National Association of Professional Women, and Mensa. Additionally, she is the Sports Fundraiser Coordinator and Mexico Coordinator at New Hope Christian Ministries, and speaks fluent Romanian, as well as Spanish and English.

When she is not working, Rosca enjoys walking, singing, talking with others, volunteering at her church, and going to new coffee houses.
