Mr. Stubbs is a successful entrepreneur and invented the patented Sticker Burr Roller. He notes that he was inspired to invent the tool in 2022 after moving into a home with a major sticker burr problem in his yard. While he attempted to utilize many potential removal solutions, he eventually invented the Sticker Burr Roller which picks up and disposes of sticker burrs. He was able to have the Sticker Burr Roller mass-produced and patented shortly after. He is particularly proud that the invention has had more than $1 million in sales. 

Prior to entering the entrepreneur field, Mr. Stubbs was always driven by his creativity in the construction industry as a general contractor for many years. He asserts that he is “grateful to provide people with the freedom to enjoy their yards and gardens without being inflicted with the pain of sticker burrs,” and attributes his success to his extraordinary ability to develop practical solutions to issues that had been unsolved for years. A career highlight, the Sticker Burr Roller has been featured in a local magazine and the inventor considers successfully working in the field for more than 35 years a milestone of his career.

Mr. Stubbs is also a civic-minded leader had has contributed to his community in numerous ways, including volunteering to clean children’s playgrounds with the Sticker Burr Roller and contributing to various national community service projects from Hawaii to Costa Rica. He is especially thankful and gratified for his sobriety after recovering from addiction and alcoholism.  

In the future, Mr. Stubbs hopes to connect, inspire, and encourage others in a positive way so they may follow their dreams and have the happiest lives possible.
