Dr. Sterling Kosmach, DO, a dedicated allergist and immunologist with a strong background in pediatric care, is continuing to make a meaningful impact through her work at Aspire Allergy & Sinus. Specializing in food allergies, allergic rhinitis, eczema, asthma, and sinus disorders, Dr. Kosmach is known for her whole-patient approach and her passion for educating families about allergy management and prevention.

Dr. Kosmach holds a Bachelor of Science in biomedical sciences from the University of Denver and earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Midwestern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a residency in general pediatrics at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, where she also served as Chief of Pediatric Residents. Her advanced fellowship in allergy and immunology was completed at National Jewish Health in Denver. She is board certified in general pediatrics and board eligible in allergy and immunology.

Before joining Aspire Allergy & Sinus, Dr. Kosmach served 12 years in the United States Navy as an aviation medical examiner, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander. She also worked as a general pediatrician and continues to apply her military medical training and leadership experience in her civilian practice.

Dr. Kosmach is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, and the Colorado Allergy and Asthma Society. She is also active in her local community, volunteering in the children's ministry at Journey Church.

Looking ahead, Dr. Kosmach is focused on advancing allergy and immunology care, particularly in the areas of food allergy research and chronic sinus conditions. Her goal is to empower patients and families through education, offering personalized treatment plans that reflect each individual's needs.
