Before joining FleishmanHillard, Surbhi had worked with RJT Compuquest (formerly Kogent Corporation) and Serco BPO. In her current position, Surbhi focuses on all aspects of Talent Development including employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal, implement strategic plans for talent acquisition, retention, succession planning and more.  With over ten years in Human Resources across the PR, IT & ITES industry, she possesses a qualitative understanding of Global HR systems.

Surbhi is always one step ahead besides being highly committed and relentless in her desire to create a successful management style in a fast- paced and diverse workforce. Due to her professionalism and dedication to her career, Surbhi has been awarded with the honor of Best Performance in her past position at Serco, and was the recipient of the FleishmanHillard Team Player Award for 2013. Furthermore, she is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and is a part of the Delhi chapter for the National HRD Network.

Surbhi holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and has a completed a Post Graduate Certificate course in Human Resources from New York University.
